Focus Forward provides qualitative research across a broad range of categories. Our mission is to help clients better know and understand their end users, uncover meaningful consumer/user insights, and add clarity to developing strategic action plans following the research. We conduct a wide variety of qualitative research including focus groups, one-on-one interviews, research panels, online discussions, observational research, and on-location/at-retail interviews. We also conduct ideation sessions with both consumers and clients.
